Exchanges
 
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
 

  • Incorrect size

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

 
 
Timeframe
 
You must contact us within 24 to 48 hours after delivery to request an exchange.
 
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
 
 
Conditions
 

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
